The company was managing their marketing initiatives in house for almost ten years and needed help to create a new plan for their marketing. They wanted to work with an agency that had many levels of service, a team that matched their corporate culture, could work with their existing suppliers and a leader who would develop new marketing strategies and programs.
Strategy:
Performed extensive review of all active and past marketing materials, channels and messaging, created a benchmark for marketing and brand performance measurement. Created a distinct marketing strategy that would position Fitness Town as the leader in fitness equipment. Developed marketing programs that were aligned to the marketing strategy and were unique and effective in growing brand awareness and revenue.
Solution:
Created an extensive Marketing Action Plan which outlined overall marketing strategy and brand vision for the year and all detailed marketing programs. Utilized successful performing benchmark programs in place and enhanced creative and marketing messaging. Created new programs, new messaging and implemented new marketing channels and advertising for distribution.
